Principle Builders Group Wins Gold Star OBIE Award
On November 12, 2016, Principle Builders Group, LLC was awarded a Gold OBIE in the Single Family Builder- Detached (Builds 1-25 Homes/Year) $1 Million to $1.2 Million category for their custom home in beautiful Brookhaven. Presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council, the OBIE Awards are the premier awards given in the Atlanta new home construction industry.

Haus Gables Project Featured on the Weather Channel
Architect Jennifer Bonner, was recently seen on the Weather Channel discussing the benefits of using CLT building materials. Principle Builders Group has been honored to work with Bonner on building the Haus Gables project; which was featured on the Weather Channel. CLT, or Cross Laminated Timber, is a construction material new to the United States residential industry. The Haus Gables project is the second home of its kind in the United States.

Bonner is Assistant Professor of Architecture at Harvard University Graduate School of Design and Director of MALL.
Principle Builders Group's Tony Bondhus helped to raise $84,914 for Homes For Our Troops
Principle Builders Group's Tony Bondhus participated in the 2016 Marine Corps Marathon, as a part of a fundraising campaign for Homes For Our Troops (https://www.hfotusa.org/). The race was held on Sunday, October 30, 2016 in Arlington, VA.
